Yes.  In order to protect and keep your personal information secure, we utilize SSL encryption (Secured Sockets Layered) software provided by Yahoo! Merchant Solutions during transmission of online orders.  Please see the Yahoo! Privacy Policy for additional information regarding online security at http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/us/. When we confirm your order and shipment tracking information, we do not include any credit card information.  We only acknowledge your recent order and the tracking number for shipping if applicable.

What are your shipping rates and policies?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.  Check or Money Orders should be made payable to Pet Health Institute.  Mailed orders may be sent to the address listed at the bottom of any page.

How can I track my order?

When placing an online order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully completed and sent.  Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been shipped.  This second email will contain the UPS tracking number for your package.  Order shipped via the US Post Office will not have tracking numbers associated with them.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We strive to make each and every one of our customers happy.  In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with one of our products and wish to return it for a refund, you may call us toll-free at 1-800-711-8736 and a member of our staff will assist you.

How does Dr. Kruger’s pet health food supplements contribute to the health of my pet?

The Dr. Kruger’s supplements keep dogs and cats in optimum health using a three-pronged approach.  First, it bolsters the immune system by providing all the vitamins, minerals, and trace elements necessary to ward off infections and reduce allergies.  Research shows that most pet foods are inadequate at providing the complete spectrum of required nutrients, resulting in low energy, frequent infections, digestive problems, poor coat condition, etc.

What is the Breeder's Club?

Dr. Kruger's Breeder Club is a discount program designed for professional breeders and kennel owners that have an active breeding program.  Additional information may be found on the Breeder's Club page.

How can I join the Breeder's Club?

Complete Breeders Club application and return it us for processing.  Once your application has been processed and approved, you will receive a letter confirming your membership.  This letter will provide you with your new Breeder Club Number.  If you prefer, you can call us toll-free and a Breeder Club Application can be mailed or faxed to you.

Are there purchase minimums in the Breeder's Club?

No, there are no purchase minimums for members of the Breeder Club.  All we ask is that you exclusively use and recommend Dr. Kruger's supplements.  Please note that Puppy Kits are available to active club members only.  Active club members are defined as those with quarterly order activity.

How do I place online orders as a Breeder's Club member?
